Thank you for booking your visit to Santa’s Grotto at Holt Garden Centre
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before completing your booking. By making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Information
1.1. Santa’s Grotto is operated by Holt Garden Centre, Cromer Road, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 7ER
1.2. The grotto experience includes a personal visit with Santa and a gift for each paying child.
1.3. The event runs on selected dates throughout the festive season — please refer to your confirmation for your chosen date and time.
1.4. All children must be always accompanied by a responsible adult.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. All bookings must be made in advance via our official booking system.
2.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.
2.3. Prices are clearly displayed at the point of booking and include VAT
2.4. Please check that all details (names, dates, number of children, etc.) are correct before confirming your booking — changes cannot always be accommodated.
3. Confirmation and Tickets
3.1. You will receive an email confirmation once your booking is complete.
3.2. Please bring your booking confirmation to present upon arrival at the Grotto.
3.3. Bookings are only valid for the date and time specified and cannot be transferred to another person.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. All bookings are non-refundable except in the unlikely event that the Grotto is cancelled by Holt Garden Centre.
4.2. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible — we will try to reschedule where availability allows, but this cannot be guaranteed.
4.3. If the event must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather or staff illness), you will be offered either an alternative date or a full refund.
5. Arrival and Late Attendance
5.1. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked time slot to allow for check-in.
5.2. If you arrive late, we may not be able to accommodate your visit, and refunds cannot be issued for missed sessions.
5.3. The schedule is carefully planned to ensure each child has time with Santa — we appreciate your punctuality.
6. Health, Safety, and Behaviour
6.1. The safety and enjoyment of all visitors is our priority. Please always follow any instructions from our staff.
6.2. Holt Garden Centre reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone behaving in a way that could cause discomfort or disruption to others.
6.3. The grotto area may have low lighting or festive decorations; please take care when moving around.
6.4. If you or anyone in your party is unwell, please contact us before attending to discuss your options.
7. Photography and Media
7.1. You are welcome to take personal photos during your visit.
7.2. From time to time, promotional photos or videos may be taken at Holt Garden Centre. By attending, you consent to being included in such materials unless you inform staff otherwise.
8. Liability
8.1. Holt Garden Centre accepts no responsibility for personal belongings lost or damaged on-site.
8.2. Participation in the grotto experience is at your own risk.
8.3. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Data Protection
9.1. Holt Garden Centre respects your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used only for managing your grotto visit and essential communication.
